Amir Memon is a business development manager who has been serving clients with various financial products for more than a decade. He is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for the organization. This can involve researching potential clients and partners, networking with industry professionals, and developing and presenting proposals. As a business development manager, Amir communicates the value of the company’s products or services to potential clients and negotiates mutually beneficial deals. He also identifies and analyzes market trends, and develops strategies to take advantage of new business opportunities. Amir drives growth and revenue for the company through the acquisition of new customers and partnerships.
Anuj Dixit is an experienced trader with over 22 years of experience in the stock market. Over the past 2 years, he has generated a return of more than 123% over a period of 2 years through proprietary books of LFS Broking. He has managed/advised on funds worth INR 250 mn. (Discretionary and Non-Discretionary) in Direct Equity, Derivatives, EquityMF/DebtMF and Generated an average return of more than 22% over a period of 3 years (between 2011- 2014). Anuj Dixit has designed several hedge fund strategies for different objectives. He was responsible for managing funds worth INR 70 mn. Generated an average return of 30% over a period of 2.5 years (between 2007- 2009). In addition to managing funds, Anuj Dixit has also developed “Tick Based Trading Model” for intraday trading and “An absolute return Trading System- A Leveraged Portfolio Strategy” for Short Term trading (1-5 days). He has also developed a “Hedged Portfolio Strategy- A Long Short Fund” to facilitate portfolio returns.

Aditya Maheshwari has over two decades of experience spanning the width of both corporate and entrepreneurial management . He has worked in financial services for over a decade, during which he has spearheaded various verticals for corporates; creating from inception and going on to developing and managing projects of varying complexity. He has worked with clients ranging from institutions, ultra HNI’s to retail clients from across Europe and Asia. An MBA by qualification, Aditya is also a certified life coach (ACC – ICF). His unique insight into what motivates and influences people enables him to bring to the table products that work for each client specifically, to meet their financial goals as well as create unique and sustainable growth potential. Aditya’s inputs aim to equip his clients to adapt with ease to changing markets forces . On a personal note , Aditya is an adventurer at heart, passionate about skiing, diving and sports. He is a former National Squash champion. His integrity in his work, and in his personal life, is rooted in a deep belief that honesty and transparency are fundamental to any relationship ; professional or personal .
